Willkommen im größten Fernsehstudio Hessens

Der Bergstraße

Hessen ist blank. Die Gemeindekassen sind leer. Deshalb haben die Dorfsowjets ihre letzten Groschen zusammengekratzt und in Videokameras investiert. Vorbild sind Spannererotik-Seiten, wo man gegen Geld Päärchen beim Knutschen vor der Ampel oder Mütter beim Babyfüttern zuschauen kann. Wer auf das Knöllchen nicht reagiert, oder wo es der Obrigkeit zu kompliziert wird die Adresse heraus zu finden, der kommt ins Internet.

Aufgezeichnet wird alles: Wer in der Nase bohrt, wer am Lenkrad oder auf dem Fahrrad, mit den Telefon gestikuliert und der Inhalt und die Tiefe des Dekolletés.

Zwingenberg (B3)

Hier werden nicht nur die Autos, sondern auch die Fußgänger ausspioniert.

Die steht auch am Bahnhofsvorplatz, aber die ist beweglich und als ihr meine Kamera, am Einbeinstativ und ausgestrecktem Arm, an die Wäsche wollte, da hat sie verschämt weggeguckt.

Hier sind neben den Überwachungskameras auch noch die klassischen Starenkästen und zwar funkelnagelneu, nicht etwa Überbleibsel von gestern. Mit Rotlichtfahrern und Temposündern hat die totale Überwachung nichts am Hut.

Hirschhorn (B37/B45)

Früher haben Ritterburgen überwacht, wer auf dem Landweg oder über den Neckar hierher kommt. Heute machen das Kameras. Die Schleusen, die Bundesstraße samt Auf- und Abfahrt. Auf Bilder mußten wir leider verzichten. Es wäre mit halsbrechericher Akrobatik verbunden gewesen - und das unter den Augen der Kamera.

Starenkästen an der B44

Bis auf ein paar Starenkästen, die jeweils in Sichtweite voneinander, wie eine Perlenkette zwischen Lampertheim und Gernsheim aufgehängt ist, scheint der Westen der Bergstraße frei von Kameras zu sein.

Wegen der Nähe zum Atomkraftwerk Biblis, welches auch an der B44 gelegen, ist die Panzerung, gegen die radioaktive Restrahlung verständlich.

Aber halt! Eine Nachfrage bei der Firma Talaris

hat ergeben, daß ein Panzerschrank, wie er uns aus dem Bargeldverkehr, in der Bank, bekannt ist, schon für Euro 20'000 zu haben ist und je nach elektronischem Luxus, bis zu Euro 70'000 kosten kann.

Die Starenkästen der Firma Traffipax inc. gingen für ca. Euro 45'000 pro Stück an die Regierung von Ontario, Kanada. Die Gemeinde Lorsch soll laut Anwohner Euro 80'000 pro Stück berappt haben.

Ujujui, was ist denn da drin, was Euro 40'000 kost?

Gesammelte Kosten

Die Stadt Northbrook hat 2007 ein Angeboot von US-Dollar 75'000 für die Kamera und nocheinmal US-Dollar 25'000 für die Software bekommen. Alternativ US-Dollar 4'000 monatlich und eine Vertragslaufzeit von 3 Jahren. northbrook.il.us

Im Focus hat Düsseldorf DM 75'000 bezahlt. Focus 1994-12-12

Die Berliner Zeitung hat eine Traffipax im Mülleimer gefunden. Das Potsdammer Innenministerium hat dafür Euro 40'000 bezahlt berlinonline.de

Klapperkästen sind keine Kameras

Diese Relikte vom Hessentag, haben Karin und ich auf der B460 zwischen Heppenheim und Fürth entdeckt. Sie sollen sehbehinderten Verkehrsteilnehmern das Überqueren der Straße erleichtern.
